

The Graduate School of Anton Wilhelm Amo International University (AWA-IU) is a central academic structure dedicated to advanced training, interdisciplinary research, and the scientific supervision of students enrolled in Master’s, Doctoral, and Post-Doctoral programs. Academic Structure
The Graduate School operates under the authority of the University President and the International Scientific Council. It works closely with the university’s faculties, institutes, and Learning Centers.
It includes:
- The Academic Coordination Office of IPD-SG
- A Scientific Committee (composed of senior professors and researchers).
- A Research Ethics and Integrity Committee.
- A Doctoral Training Unit.

- Applications are reviewed by a scientific committee in collaboration with relevant faculties and IPD-SG.
Thesis Defenses
Upon successful completion of the program, the submitted thesis, along with a recommendation from the supervising director, is forwarded to the dean’s office, which organizes the defense.
Defenses take place in Morocco or Germany under the supervision of the IPD-SG Academic Coordination Office.
